The predicted salary is between 28706 - 31003 ÂŁ per year.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Service Manager covering services in Caister‐on‐Sea and Beccles on a part time contract (30 hours per week). You will need a full UK driving licence for this role due to having to drive between services. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone wanting to take the next step in their career and progress their development.

As an Assistant Service Manager you will:

  • Have strong communication skills with the people we support, colleagues and other stakeholders.
  • Be confident to support with leading and managing a team.
  • Be flexible, ensuring there is adequate support across the management team on site.
  • Previous supervisory experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Be IT literate.

What will you be doing as an Assistant Service Manager?

  • To be confident in being able to work using a computer and electronic systems.
  • Support the Service Manager with agreed management tasks.
  • Support the team with their development.
  • Ensuring compliance across the team and service.
