Royal Mencap Society is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the Bury Donation Station. The role is 37.5 hours per week on a permanent basis with a 7‑day rota. Flexible with days and able to discuss what works best.
You will drive donations and sales to maximise profits while representing Mencap with its values. You will lead in-store systems, sign donors to Gift Aid, manage stock and budgets, and oversee staff and volunteers.
