Royal Mencap Society in Birmingham is seeking an Employer Engagement Officer to lead employment engagement for our learners with learning disabilities and/or Autism. The role focuses on securing work placements and negotiating paid employment for our supported interns, with support from a Skills Coach.
You will build strong relationships with employers across sectors and monitor placement progress to help learners move into paid work. The role is full-time (37.5 hours) permanent.
