Mencap are seeking Relief Support Workers to join our teams in Bexhill and St Leonards on Sea.
Responsibilities
- Support individuals with learning disabilities in daily activities at home and in the community.
- Provide emotional support and build meaningful relationships.
- Assist with personal care, meal preparation, and social activities as required.
- Record care activities and report to the supervising team.

Contract Options
- Relief support worker contract in Bexhill and St Leonards on Sea
- 24-hour care with rotas planned at least four weeks in advance
- Optional non-contractual sleep-in available with an enhanced flat rate payment of £64.20 per hour
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary: £25,577 per annum (pro rata)
- Annual salary: £24,402 per annum (pro rata)
