Royal Mencap Society is seeking a Belonging Manager to help ensure colleagues feel valued, included and able to be themselves at work. You will work with the Head of Belonging and cross‑team colleagues to design and deliver programmes that remove barriers and improve the experience of all employees.
You will manage belonging programmes from idea to delivery, create accessible workshops and resources, support leaders to put inclusion into practice, and use feedback to drive continuous improvement.
