About the role
Calling all compassionate and dedicated individuals! Mencap is seeking passionate Support Workers to join our incredible team in Barnsley. As a Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. You will be working with a diverse group of people, each with their own unique abilities and needs. From assisting with daily activities to providing emotional support, you will play a vital role in their life. This specific service supports 8 people, 6 in the main building and 2 in self-contained flats attached to the main building. We also support a female in the community.
What we are looking for:

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Contract options:
- Relief: flexible hours based on availability.
Shift times:
- Days: 07:30-21:30
- Waking Nights: 21:30-07:30
