Are you an elite and passionate Mathematician ready to lead a talented and forward-thinking department? RMS for Girls is seeking a dynamic, values-driven, and ambitious Head of Faculty (Mathematics) for a permanent, full-time role starting in September 2026 or in January 2027.

The Role

Mathematics is one of our most popular A Level subjects, and we are looking for a clear communicator to motivate both staff and students while setting a clear vision for the department's future. You will teach across the full range of ages and abilities, including Further Mathematics A Level, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning to secure excellent progress for all students. As the line manager for the department, you will lead professional development, will support and inspire a team of dedicated teachers. All staff will commit to the extracurricular life of the department and of the school.
