Applications are invited for the post of Customer Service Associate (Sports Centre) at The Royal Masonic School for Girls (RMS).
RMS is a leading independent girls' day/boarding School with around 900 day and boarding pupils aged 2 to 18, over 250 teaching and support staff and situated on a 300-acre parkland site near Rickmansworth in Hertfordshire. This is a unique school where we combine dynamic teaching and learning with traditional expectations that are rooted in a long and proud history. We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our Sports Centre Team. Making a great first impression is really important. That's why we need the right person to join us and help greet our members and visitors to the club. What matters is that you have both the confidence and empathy to provide excellent customer care to all sorts of people.
As a Customer Service Associate at our Sports Centre, you'll bring great communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone. You're flexible, motivated and you show plenty of initiative. You also have basic computer skills, including Word and Excel.
The RMS sports facilities and grounds are used by the School during the day and are available to the public during the evenings, weekends during term time and also during the day outside of term time.
The role is required for a zero hours contract, varying shift patterns. Site operating hours are evenings (5.30pm-10.00pm) and weekends (8.30am - 5.00pm).
