As Clinical Nurse Manager, you'll provide hands-on leadership and guidance to the nursing team, ensuring clinical practice meets NMC and CQC/CIW standards. About the Role

The Clinical Nurse Manager is responsible for leading the nursing team and ensuring the highest standards of care. You will oversee daily care delivery, clinical supervision, audits and medication management, while supporting staff development and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. This hands-on role allows you to influence care practices directly, provide clinical guidance, making critical decisions and support residents and staff alike. You will also collaborate with the Home Manager and wider team to continuously improve services and implement evidence-based practices.
