Lead and strengthen clinical excellence, quality improvement and regulatory compliance across our nursing services. Support Clinical Nurse Managers and nursing teams, champion best practice and ensure residents receive safe, high-quality care.

As National Clinical Governance Lead, you'll play a key role in ensuring clinical governance meets legislation, NMC standards and regulatory requirements.
