As a Home Manager, you'll lead with empathy, expertise and vision. You'll create an environment where residents experience exceptional care and staff feel supported, motivated and confident to perform at their best. You'll oversee person-centred care, manage the home's operations and champion a culture of continuous improvement. What You'll Bring
- RGN / QCF4 (England) or QCF5 (Wales); Social Care Management Level 5 desirable
- Proven experience as a Home Manager or Deputy in a comparable care home
- Strong leadership, coaching and team development skills
- Confidence in delivering safe, high-quality, person-centred care
- Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving abilities
- Commitment to governance, compliance and continuous improvement
About the Role
In this senior leadership role, you'll oversee the delivery of care and the performance of the team. You'll mentor and support staff, ensure residents' needs are met with dignity and consistency, and maintain compliance with all regulatory standards. You will also liaise with families, health professionals and external stakeholders, helping the home to run safely and smoothly every day.
You will be a visible and supportive presence, guiding the team, auditing care plans, managing medication processes and implementing improvements that enhance residents' wellbeing.
