Salary: £35,246 - £38,356 per annum, dependent on experience
Hours: 34 hours per week | Interim Contract
Location: National role with travel as required
As our Interim Care Systems Lead, you'll help colleagues across our homes get the very best from our care and clinical systems, giving them the tools, guidance and confidence they need to deliver safe, effective and person-centred care. Whether you're solving a problem, supporting system improvements, delivering support sessions, producing reports or supporting a Home Manager, you'll help make life easier for colleagues so they can focus on what matters most providing outstanding care for residents.

What You'll Bring
- A health or social care qualification
- Experience working within a care home environment
- Experience using electronic care planning, medication management and compliance systems
- Experience of medication administration
- Knowledge of Health and Social Care legislation and person-centred care
- Strong IT skills with an interest in technology and systems
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- A patient, supportive and approachable style
- Willingness to travel across England and Wales, including occasional overnight stays
- A care systems-specific qualification, previous systems lead experience, experience working with systems providers to support system development and improvement, or experience with Access Care and Clinical, eMM or Care Compliance systems would be advantageous.
About the Role
In this role, you'll lead on the day-to-day support, development and optimisation of our care systems. You'll provide technical support, support staff using Care and Clinical, eMM and Care Compliance systems, develop system resources, produce reports and analysis, and work closely with operational teams and system providers to improve effectiveness. You'll build strong relationships with colleagues across our homes, helping them gain confidence in using our systems while supporting improvements to care planning, medication management, compliance and governance processes. You'll also work closely with key stakeholders to support ongoing system development and improvement.
