In this hands-on leadership role, you'll coordinate and guide the care team to deliver exceptional support to residents each day. You'll oversee handovers, allocate staff effectively and ensure each resident's needs are met with dignity, respect and consistency. You'll mentor and supervise carers, ensuring they feel supported and motivated to provide the highest standard of care. You'll lead by example, auditing care plans, managing medication safely, welcoming new residents and communicating effectively with families, GPs and multi-disciplinary professionals.
