Deliver values-driven dementia care every day. £37,000 per annum, dependent on experience, reviewed annually and regularly benchmarked. 39 Hours per week. Location: Zetland Court, 128 Alumhurst Road, Bournemouth.

What You'll Bring:

  • NVQ/Diploma Level 3 (or higher) with ambition to achieve NVQ4. Dementia-specific training is a bonus.

As Dementia Lead, you'll inspire and guide your team to provide exceptional, personalised care. You'll oversee care planning, maintain high standards and create a supportive environment where both residents and staff feel valued. By fostering collaboration, offering mentorship and leading by example, you'll ensure residents' needs are met with dignity and respect while helping your team grow and thrive.
