The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Senior Internal Communications Manager to lead the internal communications strategy across the Trust, aligned to the Five-Year Clinical Strategy and Workforce Strategy. You will advise colleagues at all levels and lead key campaigns, including major anniversaries, ensuring messages land at the right time.

Working with the Marketing and Communications team, you will manage digital and traditional channels, measure impact, and foster staff engagement.
