The Royal Marsden is seeking an exceptional Chief People Officer to shape and deliver the workforce strategy across the Trust. Reporting to the Chief Executive and sitting on the Executive Team and Trust Board, you will lead workforce planning, organisational development, leadership and talent, equality, diversity and inclusion, and education and professional development.
You will act as a trusted adviser to the Chair and Board, partner with clinical, research and operational leaders, and drive.
