Due to operational demand, you will be required to work Saturday and Sunday, according to a local rota/plan. It is an exciting time to join us as we are reinventing Royal Mail for the future. In this role, you will join a team of multi‑drop drivers, delivering not just parcels but also ensuring our customers’ days are a little brighter. Key responsibilities include:

  • Prepping your van
  • Planning routes with technology tools
  • Ensuring each parcel gets to the right place at the right time

We are looking for candidates who are:

  • Upbeat, self‑motivated and thrive whilst working independently
  • Organised, punctual with great initiative
  • Committed to the delivery of great customer service
  • Comfortable interacting with customers, acting as a positive ambassador for Royal Mail
  • Happy to work in the afternoon and early evenings
  • Enjoy a multi‑drop driving role, delivering parcels across the week in the assigned area
  • Possess a full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points

Please note: for candidate search purposes, roles offering between 35‑40 hours per week are listed as full‑time, while any role under 40 hours per week will be classified as part‑time in the employment contract.

As a Parcel Delivery Driver, you’re expected to securely deliver all items on your route, including handling and delivering election materials and certain items such as food products or alcohol in line with Royal Mail business standards.
