We are reinventing Royal Mail for the future and this is the perfect time to join our delivery team. As a Delivery Postie with Driving you will deliver letters, parcels, and other items to residents and businesses in your area. You will drive the Royal Mail vehicle, load and unload parcels, and make timely deliveries regardless of weather.
Responsibilities
- Deliver letters, parcels, and other items to residents and businesses.
- Operate the Royal Mail delivery vehicle safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload parcels and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
- Adhere to delivery schedules and road safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service at each delivery.
Qualifications
- Upbeat, independent and self‐motivated.
- Organised, punctual and ready to deliver great customer service.
- People‐person with a friendly demeanor in the community.
- Happy walking for long periods and working outside in any weather.
- Strong sense of community and takes pride in what you do.
- Full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
