Overview
This role is a temporary opportunity for up to 12 months. In this role you will:
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Change Deployment Managers, deploying change throughout the processing pipeline.
- Support the execution of an integrated transformation plan in processing, working collaboratively with Processing Operations to customize to address specific requirements.
- Deploy core operational solutions across Processing Operations; these processes must in the short term deliver value and be aligned to future Operations Strategy.
- Be accountable for championing awareness, knowledge gain and desire for change through deployment packages and approaches to all end users/stakeholders.
- Work with processing teams, transformation, and project teams central programme experts to ensure that a detailed deployment plan is created with contingency/risk mitigation planning.
- Manage, engage, communicate, and consult with stakeholders across the deployment/project/revision — both internally and externally.
- Support the ongoing quality and routine maintenance of all delivery data sources and tools to ensure structural revision activity is efficient and accurate.
Skills and Qualifications
- Ability to coherently articulate how the project will deliver a coherent element(s) of the Integrated Transformation Plan.
- Ability to simultaneously manage a set of projects/revisions in various phases of deployment.
- Ability to manage activities of the project/revisions with multiple key stakeholders.
- Ability to utilise appropriate measurement tools to evaluate the ongoing progress and effectiveness of the work-stream/package.
- Proven use of programme management and change management methods, tools, and techniques.
- Ability to effectively engage, communicate and establish credibility with all levels of the organisation.
- Ability to work closely with the entire project and operational teams.
Experience
- Proven experience of delivering project work packages to time/cost/quality within an overall project.
- Proven experience of working in teams/virtual teams in dynamic environments.
- Proven experience of operating at middle management level.

Role details
Fixed Term, Full time Anglia Region requiring travel around CO, SS, RM and IG post code areas. You will be working in a dynamic and constantly changing environment to lead Deployment Support Managers to positively impact the deployment and realisation of the benefits of the National Processing plan, whilst educating, excite and orchestrate the changes across the processing pipeline with strong stakeholder influencing and leadership.
Next Steps
The next stage of the selection process will be a face-to-face interview consisting of competency-based and role-specific questions. We plan to hold interviews on 14th and 15th of October at Ilford Delivery Office.
