Royal Mail is delivering the biggest technology transformation in its history. Our Future ERP programme—spanning Finance, HR and Commercial—is replacing every major back‑office system and moving us to SAP S/4HANA and BRIM. The Commercial workstream is the largest and most complex, modernising how we price, bill, manage revenue, and bring products to market.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end‑to‑end business analysis for major SAP/ERP workstreams.
- Run workshops, map processes, define requirements, and ensure full traceability.
- Work closely with SAP S/4HANA and BRIM teams to shape best‑practice solutions.
- Assess change impacts and support business readiness, testing, and go‑live.
- Build strong relationships across Commercial, Technology, and supplier teams.
- Coach other BAs and help drive consistent, high‑quality delivery.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience delivering analysis on complex tech or ERP programmes.
- Strong skills in process mapping, requirements engineering, data analysis, and acceptance criteria.
- Confident facilitator with excellent documentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in Agile and Waterfall environments.
- Hands‑on, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple workstreams.
- SAP, BRIM, or large‑scale ERP experience is highly desirable.
