As Section Manager you’ll lead a team of 15 frontline operatives on the night shift to effectively clear daily parcel volumes in a fast‑paced operational environment, managing daily/weekly KPIs, performance, sick absence, attendance, training and development. You’ll achieve maximum efficiency through resource and contingency planning, ensuring fully skilled resource is available to maximise automation capacity, drive quality of service and productivity. Working to tight timescales you’ll drive the depot to achieve the highest possible customer service satisfaction levels whilst ensuring a swift resolution to all customer enquiries and complaints.
