- A guaranteed hourly rate of £13.06 per hour (paid monthly and adjusted to your working hours)
- Paid overtime, with an enhanced rate of 1.25x for any hours worked over 40 hours a week
- 22.5 days holiday, rising with length of service (adjusted to your working hours if below 40 hours per week)
