Hours: 30:00 per week, 5 days across Monday – Sunday, 08:30–15:00. Weekend work may be required due to operational demand.

Overview

Delivery Postie with Driving role delivering for Royal Mail. This is a physical, outdoor job that keeps you fit and helps you serve the local community.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver letters and parcels to customers in your local area.
  • Provide excellent customer service and represent Royal Mail in the community.
  • Occasionally drive to complete deliveries as required by the role.

About you

  • Upbeat, independent and self-motivated
  • Organised, punctual and ready to deliver great customer service
  • People-focused with a friendly presence in the community
  • Willing to walk for long periods and work outdoors in any weather
  • Strong sense of community and pride in what you do
  • Full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
