Candidate Requirements
- Upbeat, independent and self‑motivated
- Organised, punctual and ready to deliver great customer service
- People‑person with a friendly face in the community
- Enjoys walking for long periods and working outside in any weather
- Has a strong sense of community and takes pride in what you do
- Has a full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points

- A guaranteed hourly rate of £13.06p/h / £15.50p/h (paid monthly and adjusted to working hours)
- Paid overtime, with an enhanced rate of 1.25× for any hours worked over 40 hours a week
- 22.5 days holiday, rising with length of service (adjusted for part‑time); option to buy extra leave each year
