We are looking for an ambitious and motivated Sales Development Representative to support new business growth within our Parcels, Express and International markets. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to build on developed sales techniques, or someone early in their sales career to build pipeline, develop strong customer relationships, and play a key role in driving commercial success.
About the Role- Generate high-quality new business opportunities through proactive outbound activity and lead follow-up.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospects across a defined territory.
- Execute sales and marketing campaigns to drive engagement and demand.
- Qualify leads and convert them into opportunities for the wider sales team.
- Maintain accurate CRM data and meet key performance metrics such as call volume and conversion rates.
- Act quickly on inbound and outbound leads to maximise conversion potential.
- Collaborate closely with field sales and agency partners to ensure seamless handover and pipeline growth.
- Motivated and target-driven with a strong interest in building or developing your career in sales.
- Confident communicator with strong telephone and relationship-building skills.
- Organised, self-disciplined and able to manage priorities effectively.
- Resilient and proactive when engaging with new prospects.
- Customer-focused with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Experience in inside sales, SDR or call centre environments is desirable.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
