As a Mail Sorter, you\’ll be working in one of our fast-paced mail centres, supporting the smooth flow of parcels, cards, and letters at the heart of Royal Mail\’s Christmas operation.

Responsibilities

  • Unloading mail and parcels from delivery vans.
  • Sorting mail by hand and machine, according to postcode and destination.
  • Moving mail around the warehouse using trolleys and manual handling techniques.
  • Switching between tasks as required to keep everything running smoothly.
  • Flexible and adaptable – ready to move between roles if needed.
  • Available to work 5 days out of 7 (including weekends where required).
  • Punctual, dependable, and ready to work early morning shifts.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to lift bags up to 15kg.

Pay & Hours of Work

£14.48 per hour.

06:30am – 14:00pm.

Based in Atherstone.
