About the Role:

The Operational Performance Support will provide administrative support to an Operations Performance Leader (OPL) within the Delivery Operation.

Responsibilities include:

  • Scheduling and planning performance reviews and COM coaching sessions.
  • Producing reports to support the coaching process.
  • Handling all tasks related to managerial absence.
