Night Shift Manager Salary starting at £47,780, Night Shift Allowance of £13,180 per annum, 10% bonus potential, 25 days annual leave and generous pension Full time , Permanent Norwich Mail Centre, 13-17 Thorpe Road, Norwich, NR1 1AA Shift patterns: Monday to Friday - hours between 22:30 - 07:30, shifts will fall between these times. We have a very exciting opportunity for someone to join us as a Night Shift Manager at our Norwich Mail Centre , helping us to continue to improve and deliver the best service. You’ll motivate them to achieve their best every day and also work with them over time to help them develop and reach their potential. It’ll be up to you to help the team to meet a range of operational targets, each one critical to improving our offering to customers, saving them money on a fast, high quality service.
