Royal Mail is seeking an exceptional Marketing Director to lead the marketing function, shaping strategy, brand and investment to support commercial objectives.

Reporting to the Chief Customer Officer, this is a senior leadership role overseeing strategy, brand, content, media, CRM, measurement and operations.

You will lead a high-performing team, manage budgets, collaborate with Commercial, Operations, Technology and Customer teams, and influence at Executive and Board level.
