Royal Mail is recruiting delivery postwomen and postmen with driving responsibilities in the Macclesfield area. You will start your day at the local delivery office, sort mail for your route, and then drive and/or walk between delivery points.
A hand-held device will be used to collect customer signatures, and routes typically last around a four-hour period. A full UK manual driving licence (with up to 6 penalty points) is essential, and training will cover vehicle checks.
