About The Role
- Own and deliver the national locker deployment strategy aligned to the Out Of Home vision and KPIs.
- Lead end-to-end deployment activity, including standards, performance, innovation and continuous improvement.
- Define operating models, organisation structures and capability plans for current and future growth.
- Engage and influence senior internal and external stakeholders, including Trade Unions and partners.
- Drive proactive and reactive deployment programmes across a large, geographically dispersed network.
- Establish strong governance, deployment reviews and risk controls across the project lifecycle.
- Build a highly performing culture focused on safety, efficiency, quality and customer outcomes.
About You
- Proven senior leadership experience in large-scale deployment, engineering or infrastructure programmes.
- Strong track record of leading geographically dispersed teams and managing contractor and supplier models.
- Demonstrated ability to shape strategy and translate it into executable delivery plans.
- Experienced operating at senior level within a unionised or complex stakeholder environment.
- Commercially astute with experience managing complex budgets and competing priorities.
- Credible, influential communicator able to engage at all levels of the organisation.
- Passionate about continuous improvement, innovation and operational excellence.
