You'll be leading a team of six security professionals, setting direction, prioritising activity and ensuring the business gets maximum value from its cyber security tooling and investments. You'll work closely with Cyber Architecture, Security Operations and wider technology teams to enhance Royal Mail's cyber capabilities, drive automation and continuously improve the effectiveness of our security platforms. What you'll be doingLead, develop and inspire a team of six Cyber Security Engineers. Set the direction for Cyber Security Engineering across a large and complex technology estate. Partner with Cyber Architecture to ensure security solutions align with wider technology strategy. Proven experience leading and developing technical cyber security teams. A solid understanding of Cyber Security Engineering, Security Operations and Security Architecture. Knowledge of technologies such as Microsoft Sentinel, and Zscaler. A pragmatic and risk-based approach to cyber security.
