Hours: 16 [[zworkinghours and days]], with opportunities for overtime. There are 2 options available for this role. Option 1: Mon 00:00 - 07:30 and Mon 23:15 - 07:45 Option 2: Mon 00:00 - 07:30 and Fri 23:15 - 07:45

  • - Starting salary: £25,201 per year, £12.71 per hour
  • - After 6 months: £27,561 per year, £13.94 per hour
  • - Opportunity to earn up to £30,000 per year, (based on a 38 hour week & overtime)
  • - Paid weekday and weekend overtime
  • - Additional Allowances:-
  • o Monthly Non Pensionable Addition to Pay (£903.84 per year)
  • o Night Duty Allowance (+£2.74 per hour, applicable on hours worked between 20:00 and 06:00)

What you'll be doing

  • - Unloading / Loading parcels
  • - Sorting parcels to correct delivery route / preparing trailer ready for the drivers / onward transport
  • - Providing a friendly, dependable service - whether it's a birthday gift or important business mail

What we're looking for

  • - A full manual UK driving licence (Cat B up to 3.5t) registered to your current address, with no more than 6 points
  • - Someone with good attention to detail
  • - Ability to lift and carry parcels up to 30kg
  • - Someone who's friendly, dependable, and customer focused
  • - Comfortable working independently but also a great team player
