Royal Mail Group is seeking an experienced Lead Distribution Manager to drive the safe, compliant and efficient operation of our distribution network across Processing Centres, Hubs, Delivery Offices and customers. You will lead a team of Distribution Managers and frontline colleagues to deliver high service levels.
You’ll manage fleet resources, ensure regulatory compliance and engage with stakeholders to maintain excellent performance and service continuity across up to three sites.
