Spend part of your first year at your local college, learning how to fix, maintain, and review our technology whilst achieving industry-recognised qualifications. Over the 3-4 year programme, you'll explore robotics, machine intelligence, and more, guided by senior mentors. Develop the skills to become an Automation Maintenance Technician and obtain your Level 3 Engineering Technician Apprenticeship.
What We’re Looking For:
If you’re interested in how things work, have a logical way of working and want to learn and develop in a hands-on role, this scheme is for you. You don’t need to be an expert engineer before you join, as we will support you all the way. What you do need is a natural curiosity and a strong work ethic. We’re looking for people who can work well as part of a team and are driven to find the answers to problems. You will be age 16 + and have 5 GCSEs (or predicted) at Grade 4/C or above including Maths, English & Science.
