Competitive salary, plus £3,500 car allowance, healthcare, 18% annual bonus potential, 27.5 days annual leave plus bank holidays rising with service and a company pension scheme with highly competitive contribution rates.

12 Month Fixed Term, Full time. This is a hybrid position requiring 2–3 days per week in the office. You can choose to be based at one of our locations: Chesterfield (Future Walk), Stockport (Highbank House), or London (Farringdon).

About the Role:

  • Reporting to the Senior Procurement Manager, you will lead sourcing strategies for goods and services, delivering exceptional value and mitigating risk across complex, high‑value contracts.
  • Develop and implement sourcing plans, tenders, and negotiations in line with policy and timelines.
  • Manage end‑to‑end tendering processes for large‑scale contracts.
  • Support internal stakeholders, understanding their needs and aligning with company strategy.
  • Contribute to category strategies and collaborate across procurement teams for maximum impact.
  • Maintain accurate contract records and provide insights to drive value and reduce risk.
  • Apply expert negotiation skills and act as a commercial escalation point.
  • Take ownership of your development and support others in theirs.

About You:

  • CIPS Qualification or currently working towards this.
  • A proven track record in developing and implementing innovative sourcing strategies.
  • Strong ability to build stakeholder buy‑in and deliver results.
  • Experience managing multiple projects at pace and meeting challenging deadlines.
  • Skilled in programme and change management with practical application.
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills and experience resolving contractual and commercial issues.
  • Advanced negotiation expertise.
