About the role:
In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering a smooth, reliable, and high-quality administrative service that consistently meets agreed service levels. From accurately inputting and maintaining data across systems such as Excel, Word, and M5, to verifying, reconciling, and analysing information, you’ll help ensure the team always has the insight and accuracy it needs. You’ll keep clear, well-organised records — both digital and physical — while confidently extracting data to assist with queries and decision-making.
You’ll also act as an important point of contact, providing efficient general admin support, handling incoming calls, and responding to customer requests with a strong service-led approach. Your ability to resolve issues, work closely with suppliers, manage shared inboxes, and process invoices from start to finish will help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being organised, proactive, and at the centre of keeping operations moving.
SHIFT PATTERN: Monday to Friday, hours between 08:00 - 16:30, rotational early and late shifts so flexibility required.

You’ll bring solid organisational skills, with the ability to manage your workload effectively, maintain accurate records, and keep tasks on track in a fast-moving environment. Just as importantly, you’ll be a positive team player — someone who collaborates well, supports colleagues, and contributes to a smooth, efficient operation. Clear, confident communication is essential, whether you’re handling telephone calls, responding to emails, or engaging in written correspondence. If you’re someone who combines technical ability with strong interpersonal skills, this role will give you plenty of scope to shine.

- Family friendly support - enhanced maternity pay, paternity leave, adoption leave, and shared parental leave
- Discounts and offers - there are more than 800 offers to help you save on things like groceries, days out, holidays, and your household bills.
