Hours: 37 hours per week, 5 days across Monday – Sunday, working between 12:00 and 20:00. Due to operational demand, you will be required to work Saturday and Sunday, according to a local rota/plan.
Responsibilities:
- Prep van and workload for the day.
- Use route‑planning technology tools to ensure each parcel gets to the right place at the right time.
- Deliver parcels and provide excellent customer service.
- Act as a positive ambassador for Royal Mail, interacting with customers.
