Business Analyst – Pricing
Location: Farringdon, London (Hybrid – 3 days office-based)

What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting Pricing & Promotion Changes in Legacy Systems
- Lead the delivery of pricing and promotional updates across existing pricing applications
- Analyse pricing data to support promotional activity and ensure accuracy
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand upcoming pricing changes and priorities
- Coordinate with third‑party teams to implement changes with clear success criteria
- Support testing, quality assurance and defect resolution
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes, reduce manual effort and improve data quality
Business Analysis for the Future ERP Programme (SAP S/4HANA)
- Lead discovery and requirements gathering for pricing and rating across Commercial, Finance and Operations
- Analyse current pricing processes, rules and data to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
- Translate business needs into clear, testable functional and non‑functional requirements for SAP delivery teams
- Work with Solution Architects and SAP consultants to align requirements with best‑practice SAP pricing capabilities
- Support end‑to‑end process mapping and participate in design workshops
- Assess impacts on upstream/downstream processes, revenue assurance and customer experience
- Ensure full traceability of requirements through design, build and testing
Data & Pricing Logic
- Analyse pricing attributes, conditions and calculations to support target pricing model design
- Validate pricing master data for ERP configuration
- Support creation of pricing scenarios and datasets for SIT and UAT
Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration
- Act as the bridge between business SMEs and SAP functional/technical teams
- Facilitate workshops, walkthroughs and design reviews
- Support testing teams with clear acceptance criteria and expected system behaviours
- Assist with defect triage and prioritisation
What We’re Looking For
- Business analysis experience, ideally in pricing, commercial operations or revenue processes
- Hands‑on experience with SAP or another enterprise‑scale ERP (S/4HANA preferred), especially pricing functionality
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret pricing logic and data structures
- Excellent documentation skills – requirements, user stories, process maps, acceptance criteria
- Confident communicator able to work across Commercial, Finance, Technology and Operations
- Familiarity with testing cycles (SIT/UAT) and the role of requirements in quality assurance
- Highly organised, detail‑oriented and comfortable in a fast‑paced, multi‑vendor programme environment
- Experience in large‑scale transformation or Customer‑to‑Cash processes desirable
