Location: Wakefield Delivery Office, WF1 1AA

Job type: Permanent contract

Hours: 30:00 hours per week, working 5 days across Monday - Sunday, working between 07:00am and 20:00pm. Due to operational demand, you will be required to work Saturday and Sunday according to a local rota/plan.

However, it's not just about driving and deliveries. Prepping your van and workload for the day, you will use route‑planning technology tools to ensure each parcel gets to the right place, at the right time. You deliver much more than parcels. You deliver for the people.

  • Upbeat, self‑motivated and thrive whilst working independently

  • Happy to work in the afternoon and early evenings
  • Enjoy a multi‑drop driving role, delivering parcels across the week in the assigned area
  • Possess a full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points

  • A guaranteed hourly rate of £13.06p/h (paid monthly and adjusted to your working hours).
  • Paid overtime, with an enhanced rate of x1.25 for any hours worked over 40 hours a week.
  • 22.5 days holiday, rising with length of service (adjusted to your working hours if below 40 hours a week).
