Are you a tactical leader with a passion for driving operational excellence and cultural change? We\’re looking for a Regional Operations Improvement Manager to lead performance improvement across our Delivery Operations. This is a high-impact role where you\’ll shape the future of delivery by embedding continuous improvement, coaching leadership teams in a new standard of working and delivering against key performance metrics.
About the Role
As a key member of the Engineering and Process Design team, you\’ll be responsible for creating and deploying strategic performance plans across your region. You\’ll lead cultural and operational transformation, working closely with senior stakeholders, union partners and delivery teams to embed new ways of working and drive sustained improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation and execution of regional strategic plans aligned with the Operating System.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation across Delivery Units.
- Coach and develop operational leaders to embed a high-performance culture.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate new processes and standards.
- Use the Operating System to drive performance against KPIs and reduce operational disruption.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and automation standards.
About You
You\’re an experienced operational leader with a deep understanding of Delivery processes and a proven ability to lead change. You\’re confident engaging at all levels, from frontline teams to senior stakeholders, and have a passion for developing people and driving results.
