Hours: 37 hours per week, 5 days Monday – Sunday, 07:00 to 15:00. Optional Sunday working: one in six Sundays between 09:00 and 15:00.

- Paid overtime, with an enhanced rate of x1.25 for any hours worked over 40 hours a week.
