  • A guaranteed hourly rate of £13.06 per hour (paid monthly and adjusted to your working hours).
  • Paid overtime, with an enhanced rate of 1.25× for any hours worked over 40 hours a week.
  • 22.5 days holiday, rising with length of service (adjusted to your working hours if below 40 hours a week) and the option to buy extra leave each year.
