Hours: Shift patterns will be confirmed prior to starting, but you will work five days over the week with two days off. Usual start times are between 07:30 and 10:00 Monday to Saturday. Flexibility is required as per business needs.

Salary: We offer an industry-leading pay and benefits package with an annual salary of Β£20,523.36.

Your RoleAs a postal apprentice, you will start your day at the delivery office, sorting mail and collecting post before heading out. You will:
- Take ownership of your delivery route, ensuring timely deliveries.
- Act as a brand ambassador, providing excellent customer service.
Learn While You EarnComplete the apprenticeship in 13 months and gain your Level 6 Postal Apprenticeship certification. You will have access to online learning, video tutorials, 1-2-1 coaching, and practical learning opportunities supported by your dedicated learning coach.
