The predicted salary is between 41099 - 41099 £ per year.

Salary - £41,099.63 per annum, 22.5 days annual leave, rising to 25 after 5 years' service plus bank holidays.

Contract: Permanent, Full time, 37.5 hours per week (excluding meal breaks). Typical attendance 08:00 until 16:00 Monday to Friday; flexibility is essential.

Out of hours callout rota: You will be required to join an out of hours callout rota in the future covering a wider area.

The Role

  • Provide expert diagnosis and solutions for Gas and Hot & Cold Water systems.
  • Carry out routine maintenance checks and some electrical maintenance tasks.
  • Perform fault finding, repairs, and installations across a range of systems.
  • Liaise directly with customers, engineers, and sub-contractors on a daily basis.
  • Travel across a designated region.

About You

  • Must hold a Commercial gas qualification/certification either COCN1 or CODNCO1 and must be a Gas Safe registered Gas engineer.
  • Ideally be qualified and accredited by Gas Safe in commercial gas modules to include CIGA1, CORT1, CENWAT and TPCP1A.
  • Experience maintaining Gas equipment / pipe work and hot and cold water systems.
  • 18th edition or supplementary electrical skills will be highly desirable.
  • Experience of completing job certificates in an electronic format.
  • Full UK Driving Licence is required, as this vacancy will involve travel within a specified area for which a van will be provided.
  • Demonstrable experience of liaising with customers.
  • Experience of working alone or as part of a team.
  • A good level of PC literacy.
