Contract: Permanent

Hours: 31.75 [[zworkinghours and days]], with opportunities for overtime. We have two shift patterns available for this role which will be discussed at interview.

Option One: Monday 02:00 - 07:30, Monday, 23:09 - 07:45, Tuesday, 23:09 - 07:45 & Thursday 23:09 - 07:45

Option Two: Monday 02:00 - 07:30, Tuesday - Thursday 23:09 - 07:45

Location: Parcelforce Worldwide Solent, Kites Croft Business Park, Fareham, PO14 4LW

Why this role pays off

  • Starting salary: £25,201 per year, £12.71 per hour
  • After 6 months: £27,561 per year, £13.94 per hour
  • Opportunity to earn up to £30,000 per year, (based on a 38 hour week & overtime)
  • Paid weekday and weekend overtime
  • Additional Allowances:
    • Monthly Non Pensionable Addition to Pay (£903.84 per year)
    • Night Duty Allowance (+£2.74 per hour, applicable on hours worked between 20:00 and 06:00)

What you'll be doing

  • Unloading / Loading parcels
  • Sorting parcels to correct delivery route / preparing trailer ready for the drivers / onward transport
  • Providing a friendly, dependable service - whether it's a birthday gift or important business mail
