Working hours: 8 Saturday only hours per week with opportunity for overtime. Typical attendance is Saturday only from 08:00 - 16:00
Salary and benefits: Starting salary of £24,268 (£12.23 per hour) increasing to £26,758 (£13.49 per hour) on completion of a 6 month probation period. Plus an additional supplement of £842 per annum pro rata, night shift allowance and excellent benefits (based on a 38 hour full time week). You could earn a total package of circa £30,000 per annum, including benefits (based on a 38 hour full time week with overtime).

Responsibilities
- Plan your delivery route and carry out safety checks on your vehicle at the start of the day.
- Collect and deliver parcels to households and businesses, going the extra mile for customers.
- Deliver items ranging from birthday presents to vital business information.
About you
- Naturally friendly, positive and proactive with a view to a long-term career in an ambitious company.
- Excellent team player with ability to build good relationships and seek the best results for customers.
- Be able to lift and carry parcels weighing up to 30kg.
- Hold a full UK manual driving licence (Cat B) covering up to 3.5 tonnes; ideally a clean licence, but a maximum of 6 penalty points is acceptable.
- You will be required to show your licence at your assessment.
Qualifications
- Full UK manual driving licence (Cat B) covering up to 3.5 tonnes.
- A licence with no more than 6 penalty points preferred.
