Parcel Delivery Driver
Job reference: 338323 • Location: Ipswich Delivery Office, IP1 1AA • Job type: Permanent contract • Hours: 37.0 hours per week, working 5 days across Monday – Sunday, between 12:30 and 20:00 (Saturday/Sunday: 12:30 to 19:30 – discussed at interview).

Each year, we make billions of deliveries possible. Whatever the weather, come rain or shine, we show up. Because for us, it’s personal. In a multi drop driver team, you’ll deliver parcels and even more – ensuring our customers’ days are a little brighter.
Beyond driving and deliveries, you’ll prep your van and workload for the day, use route‑planning technology tools, and deliver for the people.
A bit about you

What we do for you
- Guaranteed hourly rate of £13.06p/h, paid monthly and adjusted to your working hours
- Paid overtime with an enhanced rate of 1.25× for any hours worked over 40 hours a week
- 22.5 days holiday, rising with length of service (adjusted to your working hours if below 40 hours a week)

Please note: For candidate search purposes, roles offering between 35‑40 hours per week are listed as full‑time. However, any role under 40 hours per week will be classified as part‑time in the employment contract.
