The Operational Performance Support will provide administrative support to an Operations Performance Leader (OPL) within the Delivery Operation. You'll support all administrative requirements for the OPL - specifically scheduling and planning performance reviews and COM coaching sessions. You'll produce reports to support the coaching process and manage all tasks associated with managerial absence, OT have knowledge of the policies; assist and support managers from an administrative perspective.
