As a cardboard/baler operative, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our spaces clean, safe, and welcoming. Whether you’re working solo or as part of a team, your contribution will help us deliver the high standards our customers expect. About the Role Your responsibilities will include using a baling machine to bale cardboard and plastic This is a physical, hands-on role that involves manual handling, but don’t worry—we’ll provide all the training and support you need to succeed. About You We’re looking for someone who is: Physically fit and able to lift large sheets of cardboard into a baling machine Friendly, reliable, and self-motivated Able to work independently and manage their own time Comfortable communicating with customers and managers Committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety Previous baling experience is a bonus, but not essential.
